Location: the hotel was not far from King Fahad stadium where was the ceremony as well as the restaurant. Besides, it was 5 min drive to King Fahad Stadium.

Location: the hotel was near King Fahad stadium where was the ceremony, nothing else and the restaurant and centre. The staff was very professional and really helpful at all times. The bed was comfortable and the room was well priced & neat.

During my recent stay at Revan Palace, I was actually surprised by the level of cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The one-bedroom apartment was spacious and perfect for my short business trip. I especially appreciated the Nespresso machine in the kitchen, made mornings much more enjoyable. The quick breakfast option provided was a convenient bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting East Riyadh.

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and amazing views of the city skyline. We especially loved the Nespresso machine in the kitchenette, which made our mornings so much better. The convenient location close to shopping and dining areas was also a plus.
Our romantic escape was dampened by the poor customer service and lack of attention to detail. The toiletries provided were of low quality and there was no effort to provide any extra amenities or special touches.

The parking area is not well covered, and the breakfast setting area is not comfortable. the spacious rooms and hospitality make up for that. the reception staff is professional and offers hot drinks, sweets, and fruits. Room service is exceptional.
The facilities are lacking, and some members of staff are not well trained in customer service skills.

The weekend stay was enjoyable. the staff was welcoming, offering complimentary bottled water and chocolates upon arrival. the hotel is conveniently located near popular tourist attractions and public transportation. the room was spacious and immaculate with fresh linens and towels. Plus, the view from the balcony was breathtaking.
The breakfast was disappointing. It lacked variety and the quality was subpar.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff. The hotel was well-maintained and had all the necessary facilities. We were able to find parking easily in the covered area. The location was convenient for us and we had easy access to transportation. The breakfast had a variety of options and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
Nothing to dislike.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the apartment was spacious and clean, the shower was wonderful, the decor was beautiful, and the breakfast was satisfying. The free tea and Arabic coffee were a nice touch.
It was all superb.
